School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist

Soliant is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in Dalton, Georgia. This is a full-time, onsite position serving students across an elementary school (PreK – 5th grade).

The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive speech-language services to a full caseload of students with a variety of communication disorders, language delays, articulation needs, social communication challenges, and other speech-language impairments. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' academic achievement, communication skills, and overall success in the educational setting.

Position Details:

•Full-Time Schedule: 8 Hours Per Day
•Onsite School-Based Position
•Full Caseload
•Elementary (PreK-5) and Secondary School Students
•Multiple Campuses Located Close Together
•Collaborative Special Education Team Environment

Key Responsibilities:

•Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students
•Conduct speech, language, voice, fluency, and pragmatic language assessments
•Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
•Maintain accurate therapy documentation, progress reports, and compliance records
•Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, psychologists, occupational therapists, and special education staff
•Participate in eligibility meetings, IEP meetings, and multidisciplinary team discussions

Qualifications:

•Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
•Active Georgia Speech-Language Pathologist License or eligibility to obtain
•Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
•Clinical Fellows (CFY/CF) encouraged to apply
