Front Desk & Member Experience Specialist

Genesis Health Clubs is seeking a Front Desk Team Member to manage day-to-day front desk operations, process guest check-ins, and support member retention with high-quality customer service. The role reports to the Operations Manager and requires availability on weekends, evenings, and holidays. The position involves handling cash/credit transactions, answering phones, coordinating with staff, and maintaining a welcoming club environment.
