Treasury Analyst

Job Description: Permian Resources (NYSE: PR) is currently seeking a Treasury Analyst in Midland, TX, reporting to the Director of Treasury. This position will be responsible for supporting both the daily cash management of the organization and administration of the company's hedge portfolio. This position is also responsible for preparing debt compliance documentation and supporting treasury operations related to liquidity, banking relationships, and financial risk management. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in cash operations, financial instruments, and regulatory compliance. General Responsibilities: Cash Management including, but not limited to: Hedge Portfolio Administration including, but not limited to: Debt Compliance including, but not limited to: Banking & Treasury Operations including, but not limited to: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. 2 or more years of experience in treasury, finance, or related areas. Understanding of financial instruments, including commodity swaps and derivatives. Familiarity with debt covenant calculations and compliance reporting. Ability to oversee daily cash flows and ensure operational liquidity. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced proficiency in Excel and Access Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines. Effective in working with cross-functional teams including accounting, finance, and external financial institutions. Preferred Qualifications Exposure to both cash management and hedge portfolio administration. Experience with treasury management systems (TMS) or ERP platforms.
