In this senior leadership role you will spearhead complex ERP-enabled transformations, drive practice growth, and serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior leadership stakeholders. What You Can Expect As an Associate Director, you will be an integral part of our People & Change practice, visioning, driving and leading the delivery of people-focused transformation solutions with a strong emphasis on managing change and transformation for large-scale ERP Platforms, such as Workday, Oracle and/or SAP S/4HANA.You will: Lead the growth and execution of the Change Management capability from pursuit through delivery, including designing tailored client solutions, defining scope and resource requirements aligned to client business challenges, developing concise and compelling Statements of Work, and ensuring seamless handoff from pursuit to project delivery. Responsibilities also include project financial management (EAC oversight, budgeting, invoicing), as well as selecting, leading, and coaching project team members to consistently deliver high-quality outcomes and client value Lead day-to-day change management capability delivery for ERP transformation programs, providing strategic and execution oversight across two or more core business functions, including Human Capital Management (HCM), Record to Report (RTR), Procure to Pay (PTP), Lean Warehouse Management (LWM), and Plan to Make (PTM), to drive stakeholder adoption, business readiness, and realization of transformation outcomes Serve as the Change Management Office (CMO) and/or PMO lead within the broader ERP transformation ecosystem, partnering closely with the ERP System Integrator and Business Integrator to align program execution and deliver a seamless, stakeholder-centered employee change experience from strategy through adoption. Design and implement stakeholder engagement strategies, communication plans, and role-based training programs for ERP end users. Conduct ERP-specific change impact inventory collection and persona / function-based impact assessments, change readiness surveys, and adoption analytics to track and improve transformation outcomes. Lead and facilitate strategic design-thinking workshops, leadership working sessions, and stakeholder engagements to drive alignment, resolve complex business challenges, and co-create sustainable solutions that support transformation objectives. Have superior written, verbal and presentation communication skills to engage and drive change activity with large ERP teams of 100+ project team members. Build team capability by mentoring and developing junior professionals, driving engagement, skill growth, and high-quality client service delivery Demonstrate deep PMO leadership experience by proactively driving workstream execution, maintaining visibility into team activities, and staying ahead of client needs through rigorous planning, governance, and superior RAID management. Own and drive business development efforts from opportunity identification through close, including shaping pursuit strategies, developing client-centric solutions, leading proposal development, delivering executive-level presentations, and partnering with account teams to expand client relationships and revenue opportunities. Champion innovative change management delivery by leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance the speed, quality, scalability, and personalization of communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and change adoption activities across transformation programs. What Will Help You Be Successful You have proven experience engaging with C-suite executives to gain alignment and drive the change management agenda. You enjoy the people side of ERP transformations and understand how technology changes impact employees at every level of an organization. You are motivated to continuously learn and stay current on change management methodologies, ERP ecosystem developments, and AI-enabled delivery tools. You are passionate about building client relationships and delivering exceptional client experiences. You have a natural ability to lead teams, manage project workstreams, and keep engagements on track. You promote a positive, inclusive team culture that fosters open communication and diverse perspectives. You thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment and can manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Do Your Talents Include the Following? Demonstrated experience with: Supporting or leading change management on ERP implementations, including experience with at least two of the following modules: (1) Human Capital Management (HCM); (2) Record to Report (RTR); (3) Procure to Pay (PTP); (4) Lean Warehouse Management (LWM); (5) Plan to Make (PTM). Developing and executing change management deliverables including impact assessments, stakeholder maps, communication plans, training needs analyses, and resistance management plans. Conducting organizational readiness assessments and post-go-live adoption tracking for ERP programs. Facilitating design thinking workshops and user acceptance testing (UAT) readiness sessions with business stakeholders. Analyzing HR or operational processes to identify gaps, compliance requirements, and improvement opportunities in the context of SAP-driven change. Utilizing AI tools and digital accelerators to improve workflow efficiency, enhance stakeholder communication, or optimize change analytics. Ability to evaluate, synthesize, and interpret data to support decision-making and communicate findings clearly to diverse audiences. Experience supporting business development activities, including identifying scope for engagements, developing proposals, and presenting to stakeholders. Ability to establish and cultivate professional relationships with client personnel, including senior leaders. Leadership and supervisory experience, including mentoring team members, conducting performance feedback, and coordinating cross-functional delivery. Your Educational and Professional Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a relevant academic area; advanced degree (MBA, MA/MS in I-O Psychology, Organizational Development, or HR) preferred. 9+ years of experience in Human Capital Consulting, Change Management, or HR Transformation; management consulting experience is required. Hands-on experience leading change programs for leading ERP platforms. PROSCI certification (or equivalent change management certification) preferred. Professional certifications, such as PMP or similar, are a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio); familiarity with change management tools, LMS platforms, and AI productivity tools preferred. Our Hybrid Workplace Protiviti practices a hybrid model, which is a combination of working in person with a purpose and working remotely. The ratio of remote to in-person requirements vary by client, project, team, and other business factors. Our people work both in-person in local Protiviti offices and on client sites, which can include local or out-of-state travel based on our projects and client requests and commitments. Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.$153,000.00 - $260,000.00Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities.
