This leader is accountable for the full commercial performance of their region across the entire Sanofi Vaccines portfolio, including buy and bill execution, complex customer engagement, and integrated business planning.The Regional General Manager - Vaccines Southeast operates as a strategic enterprise leader, serving as an accountable member of integrated brand teams, co-creating national commercial strategy, and influencing resource allocation, forecasting, and go-to-market design at a national scale. They engage a highly diverse customer base spanning health systems, Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), medical groups, independent practices, and birthing hospitals, each requiring differentiated, sophisticated engagement strategies.
