Position Summary must have a minimum of 3-5 years experience providing restorative, endodontic, and oral surgery procedures. Responsibilities Great emphasis on treatment planning and practice philosophy based on Dental Quality Alliance and Institute of Medicine Principles of Optimal Dental Care. Opportunities to treat a socioeconomically diverse patient population and accept most dental insurances. Practice at a comfortable pace with a flexible schedule that allows 8- and 10-hour shifts, including weekday, weekend, and evening cycles. Opportunities for in-house continuing education. Duties and Responsibilities Work with clinical staff to provide quality patient care. Follow standard dentistry procedures and comply with company policies. Refer patients to appropriate specialists as needed. Stay abreast of latest developments and techniques in the dental field. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to maintain rapport with patients, other dentists, office managers, and staff. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Qualifications DDS/DMD license. Minimum of 3-5 years experience. Active CPR Certification is required.
