Responsibilities:

• Conduct inbound and outbound customer calls.

• Respond to Internet Leads via email and phone.

• Schedule appointments for our Sales Department.

• Ensure a positive customer experience.

• Enter customer data into our CRM system.

Who We Seek

• Energetic and customer-focused individuals.

• Customer service or call center experience is a plus.

• Strong communication skills (English and Spanish skills a bonus).

• Excellent computer skills; familiarity with eleads is a plus.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Persuasive communication skills to set appointments.

• Detail-oriented with organizational skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Valid Driver's License.
