The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the vision, operating model, and performance strategy for the organization, with a focus on accelerating growth across disciplines, institutions, and markets. This role involves leading regional and specialty teams, setting national sales strategy, and partnering with various functions to strengthen institutional partnerships and build the next generation of sales leaders. The Head of Executive Sales will also be tasked with exceeding sales targets, increasing subscription revenue growth, and gaining market share. Candidates for the Head of Executive Sales position should have 5-10+ years of sales leadership experience in higher education, enterprise, or complex B2B environments. The role requires a proven track record in leading sales teams to measurable results, strong skills in strategy-setting, account planning, and consultative selling, and the ability to use data and business reporting to drive performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading through change, building leadership capability, and creating a high-performance culture. Excellent communication, executive presence, and fluency in CRM and sales operations are essential, along with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
