Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant ExpressCare

Overview Join the Providence ExpressCare team as a full-time nurse practitioner or physician associate to bring comprehensive primary care to underserved communities. The clinics operate a 3‑day per week schedule, providing 30 twenty‑minute appointments in a 12‑hour period, with both in‑office and virtual visits to ensure predictable, patient‑focused care. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a fast‑paced, clinic‑based environment. Perform clinic procedures, critical thinking, and diagnostic assessments across a broad spectrum of conditions. Work independently to support primary care, urgent care, and emergency department overflow. Collaborate with medical assistants and the broader Providence Clinical Network to deliver coordinated care. Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in Family Practice, Urgent Care, or Emergency Medicine. Valid state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Proficiency in independent patient management and rapid decision‑making. Knowledge of electronic medical record systems and clinical documentation.
