Position Details Full time, 1.0 FTE (40 hrs/week) EMR system: EPIC Clinic hours: Monday‑Thursday 7:30 am‑7:00 pm; Friday‑Saturday 7:30 am‑5:00 pm Location: Rosewood Family Health Center, Portland, OR Qualifications Master's or Doctoral Degree – Nurse Practitioner or Master's Degree – Physician Assistant, or Bachelor's in Health Science plus a two‑year Physician Assistant training program. Passion for community health and family medicine. Commitment to serving underserved patient populations.
