Role Overview

Seeking an Executive Chef to direct culinary operations for a high-volume, scratch-kitchen concept in Syracuse, NY. This role oversees seasonal menu development, kitchen leadership, food safety, and banquet execution while driving profitability across à la carte dining and private events.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive culinary leadership in high-volume, scratch-kitchen environments. (Fast-casual/casual background will not be considered)
• Proven track record managing farm-to-table programs, banquets, or large-scale event catering .
• Demonstrated success controlling food and labor costs.
• Active ServSafe Manager Certification .
