Job Summary

DealerWorks is a growing automotive restyling and commercial vehicle upfitting company serving dealerships throughout Northern California. We are looking for an organized, energetic, and customer-focused Office Dispatcher to join our team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have great communication and multitasking skills, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities 

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers and dealership personnel.
  Dispatch installation jobs to technicians.
  Prepare customer and dealership quotes.
  Schedule appointments and coordinate daily workflow.
  Follow up on quotes and customer inquiries.
  Process work orders, invoices, and purchase orders.
  Communicate with vendors and order products as needed.
  Keep customers informed on job status and completion.
  Provide outstanding customer service while maintaining a professional attitude.
  Assist with general office and administrative duties.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  Comfortable using computers, email, google sheets and Microsoft Office.
  Bilingual a plus
  Automotive, dealership, or commercial fleet experience is preferred but not required.
  Ability to work independently while supporting a team.
