API Support Engineer - C# Dev-Facing

Financial Industry Computer Systems, Inc. (FICS®) is seeking an API Customer Support Technician to be the first line of expertise for customers building integrations against our API products. This hands-on, developer-facing role involves reproducing bugs in C#, testing endpoints before releases, and authoring the documentation customers rely on. You will also develop webinar curricula and present at the annual Users' Conference, helping users understand RESTful APIs and how to troubleshoot 422 #J-18808-Ljbffr Financial Industry Computer Systems, Inc.
