Join the Investment Banking Division, as an Analyst in the Corporate Advisory team, where you will be a key player in the execution of the firm's business. You will develop strong functional skills in the major areas of investment banking and become a senior client executive who is capable of generating and executing your own transactions. Morgan product and coverage teams Building and using complex financial models, completing analytical exercises, working with large data sets Supporting senior bankers in developing structured solutions for complex transactions Developing a subject matter expertise in corporate finance and structuring areas including capital structure, capital allocation, separations/spin-offs Drafting management presentations, Board materials, and other materials for use in M&A and capital markets transactions or strategic client dialogue Keeping abreast of key market developments and establishing knowledge of the target client base and relevant market dynamics Creating thematic client content on key issues and market developments, both corporate-finance related and beyond (e.g. sustainability, geopolitics, policy/regulation), to inform strategic alternatives Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Bachelor’s degree Prior work experience in an investment banking front office, or related, role Strong accounting, finance, quantitative, corporate finance and business writing skills Impeccable communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with senior professionals, clients and key stakeholders in other line of business Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently Problem solver with the desire to create new solutions and products Understanding of the transaction cycle and the steps in the process and is execution oriented Knowledge of how sustainability, geopolitics and policy/regulation can impact capital markets considerations (both value creation and risk mitigation) is a plus Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
