Representative Role OverviewA leading investment bank or advisory firm may seek a Fundraising & Capital Advisory Analyst to support capital raising, investor analysis, and strategic advisory engagements . This role is well-suited for candidates seeking hands-on exposure to fundraising processes, financial modeling for private and public capital markets, and structured professional development .
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport fundraising efforts for private equity, venture capital, and other alternative investment vehicles
Build and maintain financial models to analyze capital structures, returns, and investment scenarios (DCF, LBO, NAV, IRR)
Conduct market research, investor benchmarking, and valuation analyses
Prepare pitch books, investor presentations, subscription/redemption documents, and investment memoranda
Assist with due diligence, transaction execution, and fund documentation
Collaborate with senior bankers and client teams on capital advisory strategies and investor communications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related discipline
Strong skills in financial modeling, fundraising analysis, and capital advisory
Excellent analytical, quantitative, and communication abilities
Ability to handle multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Prior internship or full-time experience in investment banking, fund advisory, private equity, asset management, or consulting is beneficial
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial research tools
