Capital Advisory Analysts support senior advisors in delivering strategic capital solutions to clients, including private fund managers, corporates, and investment platforms. Key Responsibilities Support advisory engagements related to capital raising, financing strategy, and capital structure optimization
Analyze financing alternatives, fund structures, and strategic capital solutions
Build financial models related to capital structures, cash flows, and return scenarios
Prepare client presentations, pitch materials, and advisory memoranda
Conduct market research and benchmarking of capital markets, investor appetite, and peer transactions
Assist with transaction execution, including due diligence coordination and data room management
Track project timelines, deliverables, and client communications
Analyze investor feedback and market conditions to inform advisory recommendations
Prepare internal updates and materials for senior advisory teams
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field

Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with high attention to detail
