Production Supervisor - Manufacturing

(First Shift position)The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing production employees to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality manufacturing operations. This role manages daily production activities (including hiring and training), employee performance, and workflow scheduling while driving continuous improvement in processes, quality, and productivity.The salary range is 80 to 90k depending upon experience and skills set. The Production Supervisor collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to meet production goals, maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and support overall business objectives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Requirements & ExperienceExperience supervising production or manufacturing teams (3 to 5 years+)Strong knowledge of manufacturing/production processes, raw materials, quality, and safety standardsProven ability to lead, train, schedule, and manage employee performanceExperience in lean manufacturing, 5Y, root cause analysisStrong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office or similar toolsExperience with root cause analysis is requiredPlease forward your resume if you are qualified and interested in the position, thank you!
