We're looking for a part-time Production Coordinator to properly receive and input shipment information into the inventory system. This person will be responsible for managing the receipt of shipments, contact vendors, match purchase orders, inspect the materials, and input all shipment information into the inventory system. This position requires advanced computer skills along with a high level of accuracy and attention to details.

Who We're Looking For:
Basic Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be able to read, write, and understand English. Must have basic math skills.
- Computer experience required. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word required.
- Must be able to work minimum of 4 hours per day; Monday through Friday. Preferred hours are approx. 10:00 am 2:00 pm.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Willingness to work additional hours and have schedule flexibility, as needed.
- Advanced computer skills preferred.
- Familiarity with SAP. Preference for those with experience in bookkeeping and/or Quick Books.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and demonstrate attention to detail.
