The Employee Experience Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously enhancing programs that support the entire employee lifecycle—from pre-hire onboarding through ongoing engagement, recognition, wellness, and employee feedback. This role ensures employees feel valued, supported, and connected throughout their journey and plays a critical role in fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, creative, and people-centered, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and collaborate effectively across departments. The Opportunity: Own and evolve employee recognition programs, including peer recognition, milestone awards, and engagement campaigns. Manage onboarding programs from pre-hire through first weeks, ensuring a seamless, engaging new-hire experience. Coordinate onboarding logistics, communications, orientation sessions, and cross-functional handoffs with HR, IT, and hiring leaders. Design and deliver year-round employee engagement initiatives, events, and culture-building campaigns. Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations highlighting engagement drivers and employee experience metrics. Draft internal communications and collaborate cross-functionally to reinforce culture, engagement, and employer brand. What you bring: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources or related field preferred. 2–5 years of experience in employee engagement, employee experience, employee communications or related field. Experience managing recognition programs, engagement initiatives, or onboarding is strongly preferred. Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
