Microsoft 365 Productivity Trainer – Contract Opportunity | Plano, TX

Reliance One is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Productivity Trainer for an on-site contract opportunity in Plano, Texas. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong Microsoft 365 expertise with a passion for training, coaching, and helping employees work more effectively with technology.

Microsoft 365 Productivity Trainer Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver live training, workshops, demonstrations, and Q&A sessions

• Provide 1:1 and team coaching to improve Microsoft 365 adoption and productivity

• Train users on Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Planner, Loop, Outlook, Bookings, and related M365 tools

• Coach teams on SharePoint site design, permissions, document libraries, file sharing, and collaboration best practices

• Create quick-reference guides, training materials, job aids, demos, and self-service resources

• Stay current on Microsoft 365 releases and identify potential training and adoption impacts

• Support change management, adoption campaigns, user communities, and stakeholder communications

• Provide general guidance on Microsoft Copilot and its use within the M365 ecosystem

• Track training schedules, attendance, feedback, and program metrics

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience training, supporting, consulting, or enabling end users on Microsoft 365 tools in a corporate environment

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Information Systems, Business, Technology Enablement, or a related field

• Advanced practical knowledge of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and cloud-based file collaboration

• Experience with Planner, Loop, Outlook, Bookings, and other M365 productivity applications

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and its integration with meetings, files, and productivity workflows

• Strong facilitation and public speaking skills with the ability to train non-technical audiences

• Experience developing training materials, presentations, quick-reference guides, and reusable learning resources

• Strong consultative, organizational, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Instructional design, eLearning, or video content development experience

• Change management, Prosci, or ADKAR experience

• Experience with Viva Engage, champion programs, or communities of practice

• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 adoption within a large enterprise environment

• Microsoft certifications related to M365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, or Modern Workplace technologies
