Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 Productivity Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering training sessions, workshops, and support to help users maximize their productivity using Microsoft 365 tools. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of Microsoft 365 applications, and the ability to tailor training to meet diverse user needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training programs on Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, and other productivity tools.
• Conduct workshops, webinars, and one-on-one training sessions for end-users and teams.
• Assess user needs and customize training materials to address specific requirements.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to users to ensure effective adoption of Microsoft 365 tools.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to identify training gaps and develop solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest Microsoft 365 features and updates to incorporate them into training programs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 Trainer or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and their functionalities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to create engaging and effective training materials.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address user concerns effectively.
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft 365 or related fields are a plus.

Pay Range: $40-$45/hr. on W2

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
