ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2017 and currently lead a team of six. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in marketing before deciding to leave the corporate world and pursue small business ownership. I attended Utah State University and earned my MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Our agency is built on trust, accountability, and rewarding hard work. I believe in giving my team the freedom to manage their day while providing the support they need to succeed.

Our agency offers health benefits, PTO, paid holidays, licensing reimbursement, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We believe in recognizing great work and rewarding team members who consistently perform at a high level.

Our culture is hardworking, positive, and supportive. I'm looking for someone with grit who doesn't let rejection slow them down. If you're dependable, kind, honest, enjoy talking with people, and bring a positive attitude every day, you'll fit right in with our team.
