Position Name: Business Analyst Location: Chicago, IL (ONSITE) Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a deep understanding of risk management in the banking industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and implementing changes to mitigate risks in a banking environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct risk assessments and analyze data to identify potential risks Work with stakeholders to define and document business requirements and create functional specifications Develop and maintain risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures Analyze and evaluate existing business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement Design and implement new risk management tools, systems, and processes Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Collaborate with project teams to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders Requirements: Bachelor'sor Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field 10+ years of experience in business analysis, risk management, or related field in the banking industry Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices, including credit, market, liquidity, and operational risk Knowledge of banking regulations, such as Basel III and Dodd-Frank Act Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Preferred Qualifications: Professional certification in risk management or business analysis, such as Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP) or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Experience with data analysis tools, such as SQL or Tableau Familiarity with software development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban #J-18808-Ljbffr
