Key Qualifications:

• Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and data tracking.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with general education teachers, specialists, and families.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop, adapt, and deliver instruction for students with mild to moderate disabilities across the TK-8th grade range.
• Implement and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), ensuring compliance and measurable growth.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, school staff, and families for holistic student support.
• Employ evidence-based instructional strategies and progress monitoring.
• Maintain accurate records and provide timely documentation for all assigned students.
