Located in the Tracy area and conveniently accessible from Lathrop, you’ll be working full-time from ASAP through May 27, 2027.

What You’ll Bring:

• Current and active California Credentials in mild/moderate special education (required)
• Background working with elementary-aged children, supporting diverse learning needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student
• Provide resource support as a case manager for elementary students in grades Tk-8th
• Partner with classroom teachers, families, and related service providers to foster success
• Monitor student progress, adjusting instructional strategies as needed
• Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with all applicable special education regulations
• Cultivate a supportive, welcoming classroom culture that values diversity and student voice
