Operations Specialist

Duration: FTE Location: MO-Maryland Heights, Hybrid 3-4 days onsite Overview: Crew helps our clients deliver change through IT project delivery, business process improvement, and operational efficiency efforts. Crew business analysis associates help determine business and technology needs, design solutions, improve processes, and represent stakeholders in project efforts. Responsibilities Manage and execute operational needs of the firm in a fast-paced environment Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills Take a proactive approach to problem solving Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and stay organized Provide high-quality customer service Identify opportunities for process improvement Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulations Develop and implement operational procedures and policies Prepare and present operational reports to management Qualifications High School Diploma, but a Bachelor's Degree is preferred Salesforce experience preferred Passion for problem solving and a drive for finding solutions to complex challenges Strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem solving Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and stay organized in a fast-paced environment The pay range for this role is $25.63/hr to $28.77/hr.
