Benefits Administration Specialist

Walden Security is seeking a Benefits Administrator to support the Benefits Manager in a 100% in-office role in Chattanooga, TN. The position handles benefit enrollments, inquiries, and data entry while coordinating records and supporting HR initiatives. The role requires an Associate's degree or equivalent and a background in benefits programs, payroll deductions, and compliance.
