Job Responsibilities & RequirementsA Brief OverviewResponsible for the implementation, operation, and continuous optimization of MiTek’s Microsoft endpoint management, and automation platforms. This role ensures the stability, performance, and compliance of the enterprise Intune environment.This is a senior individual contributor role focused on execution, with accountability for building, maintaining, and troubleshooting production systems while advancing automation, compliance, and repeatable deployment practices through scripting and API-driven solutions.ResponsibilitiesEndpoint Management (Intune) ExecutionImplement and optimize the Microsoft Endpoint Management (Intune) platformExecute against remediation and improvement roadmapBuild and maintain configuration profiles, compliance policies, and conditional accessManage application deployment, patching, and update strategiesSupport device enrollment and lifecycle management (e.g., Autopilot)Platform Operations & SupportMaintain monitoring and reporting to ensure platform health and auditabilityTroubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issuesEnsure operational stability and performance of endpoint and identity servicesOperate identity services aligned with security and compliance requirementsAzure DevOps, Automation & Graph APISupport Azure DevOps pipelines and repositories for endpoint, identity, and infrastructure automationDevelop automation using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API for Intune configuration and compliance workflowsImplement configuration-as-code practices for endpoint and identity managementMaintain version control of scripts, policies, and configuration artifactsAssist in CI/CD pipeline development for repeatable deployment of configurationsDrive automation of operational tasks to improve consistency and efficiencyCompliance & Operational MaturitySupport enforcement and reporting of endpoint compliance policiesContribute to audit readiness and evidence generation through automationIdentify and remediate compliance gaps through scripting and platform improvementsStandardize configurations and improve operational maturityPartner with security and compliance teams to align technical controlsCollaboration & Engineering ContributionPartner with infrastructure, security, and application teamsProvide engineering input into standards and roadmap decisionsDocument configurations and maintain operational runbooksQualificationsRequired6+ Years administering Microsoft Intune in production environments6+ Years Experience with Microsoft Entra ID6+ Years Experience operating and optimizing existing environmentsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently on complex issuesStrong documentation and communication skillsStrong knowledge of endpoint management conceptsPreferredExperience with Azure services and resource managementPowerShell and Microsoft Graph API automation experienceExperience with Azure DevOps (repos, pipelines, CI/CD workflows)Experience supporting compliance or audit environmentsExperience mentoring junior engineersCertifications (Preferred)Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator AssociateMicrosoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator AssociateMicrosoft Certified: Azure Administrator AssociateAdditional Requirements10% travel may be required.Physical DemandsThis role is performed in an office environment where a computer, telephone and other office equipment are used as needed to perform the duties of the role.
