Talent4Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing assignment in Cincinnati, Ohio. Job Details Specialty: Cardiac PCU - Progressive Care Unit Discipline: RN Start Date: 07/06/2026 Duration: 8 weeks Hours: 36 hours per week Shift: 12‑hour nights, all week Employment Type: Travel Unit Overview – 6 South Telemetry Stepdown 28‑bed Cardiac Medical Stepdown Unit supporting recovery after vascular and electrophysiology (EP) procedures. Patient population: acute MI, cardiac arrhythmias, syncope, cardiomyopathy, congestive heart failure (CHF). Continuous cardiac monitoring with titration of cardiac drips and conscious sedation for cardioversions. All nurses are ACLS certified and trained in ECG interpretation. Float Requirements CVSU (Cardiovascular Stepdown Unit) Cardiopulmonary Unit Heart & Vascular Stepdown Complex Medical Stepdown Cardiology Telemetry Stepdown Shift & Availability Night shift (12‑hour). Every other weekend required. Required Experience Minimum 2+ years recent Stepdown/PCU/Cardiac Stepdown experience. Strong telemetry monitoring experience. Independent cardiac rhythm interpretation. Cardiac drip titration (Amiodarone, Lasix, Cardizem, Dopamine, Dobutamine, Milrinone, and other vasoactive/cardiac medications). Preferred Experience Ventricular Assist Device (VAD) patients. Post‑Open‑Heart Surgery patients. Cardiac Catheterization recovery patients. Vascular surgery patients. Advanced cardiac patient population.
