Mandatory Skillsets
- 8+ years of Technology Delivery / Program Management / Technical Project Leadership experience
- 5+ years delivering cloud-based Data & Analytics solutions
- Hands-on Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) experience
- Proven experience leading end-to-end delivery of large-scale data platform initiatives
- Strong experience managing multiple concurrent projects across data ingestion, transformation, storage, analytics, and reporting
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including Engineering, Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, Data Governance, and Business stakeholders
- Strong understanding of: Agile methodologies, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), DevOps practices, DataOps practices
- Proven ability to manage: Project plans, roadmaps, milestones, and release schedules; Budget, scope, resource utilization, and delivery metrics; Risks, issues, blockers, and dependency management
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog management, and release management
- Ability to lead technical discussions with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and executive reporting skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- Experience delivering enterprise data platforms
- Experience with Data Lake architectures
- Experience with Data Mesh architectures
- Knowledge of modern Data Engineering frameworks and architectural patterns
- Experience implementing enterprise data capabilities including: a.Data movement and integration solutions, b. Analytics platforms, c. Reporting and BI solutions
- Understanding of: a. Enterprise architecture standards, b. Security and compliance requirements, c. Data governance frameworks
- Experience with change management and project governance processes
- Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives across Agile, DevOps, and DataOps teams
- Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments
- Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect certification
- Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer certification
- PMP Certification
- SAFe Agilist Certification
- Scrum Master / Agile certifications
- Experience establishing DataOps best practices and delivery frameworks
- Experience defining and implementing delivery KPIs and executive dashboards
- Exposure to enterprise-scale cloud modernization or data transformation programs
- Experience improving operational efficiency through automation and engineering best practices
- Background in highly governed enterprise environments with complex stakeholder ecosystems
