AP/Biller Specialist

Job Overview Manufacturing company currently hiring a Biller/Accounts Payable Specialist. The role is onsite and starts immediately. The position requires detailed invoice creation and expertise in ERP software. Responsibilities Prepare accurate, detailed invoices for payment processing. Manage accounts payable tasks and maintain proper documentation. Utilize ERP software to record, reconcile, and report billing information. Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve invoice discrepancies. Qualifications Prior experience in detailed billing/AP is required. Strong knowledge of ERP systems. Onsite work required. Compensation and Benefits The salary range will be determined based on skill set, experience, and location.
