Salary: $25-$30 DOE

Kavkaz Express LLC is looking for an experienced AR/AP Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to receive and sort incoming payments
• Manage the status of accounts and balances and identify inconsistencies
• Investigate and resolve issues to maintain billing accuracy

• Issue and post bills, receipts, and invoices
• Check the validity of debit accounts
• Update the accounts receivable database with new accounts or missed payments
• Ensure all clients remain informed of their outstanding debts and deadlines
• Add current information to accounts, including demographic, personal, and payment details
• Scan and process billing documentation
• Other duties as assigned

Education, Experience, and Skills:

• An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance is preferred
• Must have at least 1 year of AR/AP experience
• Experience working in the Trucking/Transportation industry is preferred
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel) and QuickBooks is required
  
• High attention to detail
• Advanced communications skills. Ability to interact effectively with a group of culturally diverse individuals
• Must speak English fluently

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Talking, hearing, and lifting up to 15 pounds
