I opened my agency in November 2024 and currently lead a team of three. Before becoming an agent, I spent nine years as a State Farm team member, where I developed a passion for helping customers and building lasting relationships. I graduated from the University of New Mexico with a degree in Business Administration. Our agency is built on treating others the way we want to be treated. We believe in keeping our word, showing compassion, and creating genuine relationships with our customers. We also enjoy friendly sales competition that pushes us to grow while maintaining a supportive, people-first culture. As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Kathlein Guinn - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
