Federal Work Study - Athletics Broadcast & Digital Media Assistant

Job Title

Assist with the production and execution of Albany State Athletics livestream broadcasts and digital media initiatives.

This position provides hands-on experience in sports broadcasting, live event production, and digital media operations. Sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

Assist with livestream production for home athletic events. Operate cameras during live broadcasts. Assist with graphics, scoreboard operation, replay systems, and broadcast software. Support audio setup and operation for livestreams. Assist with play-by-play and color commentary preparation. Capture video highlights and postgame content. Help set up, test, troubleshoot, and break down broadcast equipment. Maintain and organize digital media equipment and files. Support special projects and video production initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned.

Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed for special events.
