Program Manager - IT/OT & Manufacturing

Role Description We are looking for a Program Manager with 8+ years of experience in IT/OT and Manufacturing, specifically managing OT/MES portfolios, governance, roadmap/release planning across plants, and IT/OT integration. The candidate should have strong program and portfolio management experience, Planview proficiency, stakeholder alignment skills, and experience driving global project pipelines in manufacturing environments. Onsite: Minnetonka, MN Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end IT/OT and manufacturing program portfolio Drive project intake, prioritization, and governance (stage‑gate) Lead roadmap and release planning across multiple plants Oversee integration across IT/OT systems, ensuring data flow and master data alignment Align stakeholders across global teams and ensure delivery outcomes Requirements 8+ years of experience in program/portfolio management Strong experience in IT/OT, MES, and manufacturing environments Expertise in governance, roadmap planning, and integration management Hands‑on experience with Planview Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Other Details Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
