Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager will develop and execute a variety of marketing campaigns designed to help with market brand build & awareness, member acquisition and retention. A primary focus of the position will be to activate marketing programs, including social/digital campaigns and community efforts that align with Market Business and Growth Objectives and heighten Sales and Outreach efforts. The position will collaborate with multiple departments to create and execute strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, savvy technical skills and a passion for consumer marketing.Support concept and production of campaigns from inception through launch to ensure target audience has a thorough understanding of centers value offerings, products and servicesServe as “Marketing Voice” for the market, executing both “push and pull” strategies that align with growth and business goalsWith corporate Marketing Team, scout and coordinate Media campaigns either locally or through corporate Agency using different media (Radio, e-mail, TV etc.) With Corporate Social Marketing team, create and launch Facebook & Instagram sites for market; collaborate on content use and development.As needed, assist Marketing Team (A. Berg) with Branding & Cultural Standards activation as related to opening of new centers; engage and follow up with vendors to ensure prototype execution of all center standards. Assist Media Director with auditing of Cano TV. Support Public Relations and localized Sponsorship efforts for the market.Maintain all creative projects and workflow to Cano Brand Standards by working with internal creative team and external agencies (Happy Fox System).Responsible for preparing/reviewing content for brochures, ads, publication articles, news releases, social media sites, presentations and other material to support marketing initiatives.Maintain and manage relationship with local vendors to execute printing of flyers, posters and other marketing collateral Collaborate with corporate Marketing Team to conceptualize and build business cases for new strategiesRecommend new initiatives that positively impact revenue, retention and advocacy metricsOther projects and responsibilities may be added at the President’s or CMO discretionWith CMO and Market President, develop and execute Quarterly & Yearly Marketing Plans aligned with KPIs, business goals and budget.Produce monthly Marketing Report for region against business goals, KPIs and marketing initiatives; report will include outcomes, metrics and learnings.
