Role Overview Seeking telehealth/hybrid therapists committed to accessible, affirming, and healing-centered mental health care. This W2 position requires providing clinical services, including individual therapy with a caseload of up to 28 clients for fully licensed and 26 for provisionally licensed clinicians. Responsibilities include conducting sessions, completing clinical notes within specified timeframes, and engaging in community activities like group or workshop facilitation. Therapists must uphold anti-oppressive practices, participate in marketing, and maintain ongoing professional growth through evidence-based and decolonizing therapy approaches. Qualifications & Skills Licensed or provisionally licensed in North Carolina, with malpractice insurance, references, and background checks. Ability to work evening hours, manage caseloads, and respond promptly to client communication. Strong commitment to inclusivity, anti-racism, and professional growth is essential.
