Quality Control Laboratory Supervisor

What you'll do Lead the daily operations of the quality control laboratory, prioritizing testing to support production and product release. Supervise, coach, and develop laboratory technicians while ensuring training, equipment readiness, and compliance with quality and food safety standards. Review test results, investigate quality concerns, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous process improvements. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues, improve laboratory performance, and support operational goals. What you'll bring Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or another science‑related field with 5+ years of laboratory experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience leading technical teams and managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills with a focus on quality and continuous improvement. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with knowledge of regulated laboratory and manufacturing practices.
