We are seeking a skilled and experienced Contract Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Mechanicsville. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
• Ensure guest satisfaction and handle any complaints or concerns promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Assist in setting up and breaking down the dining area for events or shifts
• Process payments and provide accurate change
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Skills:

• Proven experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic math skills for handling transactions
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
