Call Center Representative

Are you someone who loves talking with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys helping customers? TORQ Coatings is looking for a Contact Center Representative to be the first point of contact for homeowners interested in our services. You’ll help answer questions, qualify opportunities, and schedule appointments for our Design Consultants while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities Speak with homeowners by phone, text, and email Follow up with leads and re-engage past opportunities Keep accurate notes inside our CRM Help support our sales team by creating quality opportunities Achieve daily and weekly performance goals Comfortable making outbound calls Organized and detail-oriented Tech-savvy and eager to learn Customer service or sales experience is a plus Compensation $20-$23 per hour starting pay Performance bonus opportunities On-target earnings of $28-$33 per hour Paid training Hybrid work environment Career growth with one of the fastest-growing home service companies in the Midwest If you’re looking for a company where your effort is recognized and your career can grow, we’d love to meet you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
