Call Center Representative

Day to Day:
Scheduling for podiatry and orthopedics appointments
Environment: cubical setting
Mondays and Tuesdays are the busiest days and call volume decreases throughout the week
Each call lasting 3:30-5 minutes
Training: 2 weeks depending on experience

Required Skills & Experience

Must Haves:
1 year healthcare call center experience
Can type at least 35 words a minute
Can multi task (speak on the phone and type at the same time)
Experience scheduling patients, adding insurance, and telephone encounters within EPIC
Tech Savvy, comfortable working with 2 screens
Education: HS diploma
