Social Media Manager

Green Envee is seeking a creative, organized, and digitally savvy Social Media Manager to lead the day-to-day execution of our social media and content strategy across our consumer and professional channels. Reporting to the Marketing Director, this role will work closely with our in-house Video Content Producer and social media agency to bring Green Envee's brand and marketing strategy to life through engaging, relevant, and visually compelling content. The ideal candidate has a strong creative eye, understands what makes content perform on social media, and can take ideas from concept through execution. We're looking for someone who brings fresh ideas to the table, stays current on social trends, and can effectively manage content, agency partners, and multiple priorities. Core Responsibilities Social Media & Content Manage day-to-day social media across Green Envee's consumer and professional channels, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. Develop and manage content calendars aligned with product launches, promotions, education, events, and key marketing initiatives. Generate fresh concepts for Reels, short-form video, educational content, product storytelling, behind-the-scenes content, testimonials, trends, and community-focused content. Write, edit, schedule, and publish social content while maintaining Green Envee's brand voice and visual identity. Stay current on social trends, emerging formats, and platform updates, identifying relevant opportunities for the brand. Monitor content performance and use key learnings to help guide future content. Video & Creative Content Work closely with our in-house Video Content Producer to develop a consistent pipeline of social-first video content. Develop concepts, hooks, talking points, storylines, shot lists, and creative direction for social video. Help plan and direct content shoots around campaigns, product launches, education, treatments, and social trends. Review video edits and creative assets, providing feedback to ensure content is engaging, on-brand, and optimized for each platform. Identify opportunities to capture and repurpose content from shoots, events, trainings, product demonstrations, and other brand activities. Social Media Agency Coordination Serve as the day-to-day liaison with Green Envee's social media agency. Communicate marketing priorities, campaigns, promotions, launches, and content needs to ensure clear direction and adequate lead time. Review monthly content ideation, social copy, and creative assets for brand consistency, messaging, and quality. Manage feedback, revisions, approvals, and final asset delivery to keep content on schedule. Maintain organized content calendars, creative assets, approvals, and workflows within Notion. Community Management Actively engage with consumers and professional partners through comments, messages, mentions, tags, and online conversations. Help strengthen relationships with consumers, estheticians, spa partners, and Green Envee's professional community. Identify customer stories, testimonials, professional partners, and user-generated content that can be incorporated into our social strategy. Email & Digital Marketing Support Support Green Envee's consumer and professional email marketing calendars, including promotions, newsletters, education, product launches, and events. Write and edit email copy, subject lines, calls to action, and supporting content. Coordinate email creative, scheduling, segmentation, testing, and deployment. Coordinate website content, promotional messaging, and digital assets needed to support key campaigns and product launches. Help keep marketing calendars, campaign deliverables, and timelines organized and on schedule. Qualifications 4+ years of professional experience in social media management, content marketing, digital marketing, or a related role. Demonstrated experience managing social media for a brand, preferably within beauty, skincare, wellness, lifestyle, luxury, ecommerce, or another visually driven category. Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Reels, short-form video, and current social media best practices. Experience developing content concepts and working with videographers, photographers, designers, creators, or agencies to bring ideas to life. Comfortable providing creative direction for social content, including video concepts, hooks, talking points, shot lists, and creative briefs. Strong creative eye with excellent copywriting, editing, and communication skills. Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple content needs, campaigns, deadlines, and agency deliverables. Hands-on experience with social publishing, content calendars, and online community engagement. Experience with email marketing and digital campaign execution is preferred. Familiarity with HubSpot, Shopify, Notion, Meta Business Suite, and social media scheduling tools is preferred. Proactive, collaborative, highly organized, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced environment. Experience in skincare, beauty, wellness, luxury consumer goods, spa, or the professional aesthetics industry is strongly preferred.
