We're looking for motivated sales professionals who share our commitment to building lasting customer relationships and helping clients find the right solutions for their facilities.
What You'll Do
As an Account Manager / Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for developing new business while managing and growing existing customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through networking, prospecting, and cold calling.
- Develop and sell commercial HVAC preventive maintenance agreements.
- Identify opportunities for service repairs, tenant improvements, and small construction projects.
- Prepare and present estimates and proposals for service and construction work.
- Conduct customer site visits and job walks.
- Build long-term relationships with property managers, building owners, facility managers, and contractors.
- Coordinate with operations and field teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Manage assigned customer accounts and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist with material ordering as needed to support customer projects.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer communications.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of two (2) years of sales or account management experience.
- Experience in commercial HVAC, plumbing, mechanical contracting, facilities maintenance, construction, or a related industry.
- Valid California driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to travel throughout Northern California.
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience preparing estimates and proposals.
- Experience using CRM software.
- Existing relationships within the Bay Area commercial property, construction, or facilities maintenance market are a plus.

Compensation
- $75,000 annually
- Weekly pay
- Uncapped commission Plan
- Opportunity for six-figure earning based on performance
