What You’ll Do

• Manage the full lifecycle of freight shipments for both existing and new customers
• Build strong relationships by communicating daily with customers and carriers
• Use our dispatch system to track loads, handle check calls, and keep everything running smoothly
• Provide routing guidance and proactive support to carriers for on-time pickups and deliveries
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and management to grow accounts, hit weekly financial targets, and deliver outstanding service
• Support pricing, customer service, and load planning initiatives

You’ll play a key role in expanding revenue while ensuring every load moves safely and efficiently.
