• Partner with nursing staff, specialists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes.
• Support clinical standards, regulatory compliance, and evidence-based care practices.

• Active Massachusetts physician license and DEA registration.
• Background in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Primary Care, Hospital Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or a related specialty.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a collaborative leadership approach.
• Experience in post-acute care, acute care, emergency medicine, or outpatient settings preferred but not required.
