Our client is seeking a personable and experienced Part-Time Recruiter/HR Coordinator in Frisco , Texas to support recruiting and HR functions on a temporary basis. This role will focus on sourcing and screening candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting candidate outreach, coordinating Microsoft Teams interviews, and maintaining recruiting records. The ideal candidate will also provide administrative support to the HR team, assist with special projects, and help ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements :
- Minimum 5 years of recruiting and/ or HR experience
- Experience recruiting across a variety of industries is preferred
- Strong understanding of recruiting process and candidate management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel , Word , Outlook , Microsoft Teams)
- Must be highly organized and detail oriented
Hours : Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-2:00 pm or 10:00 am to 3:00 pm
Compensation : $25.00-$30.00/Hourly
