Corporate Recruiter

Responsibilities Kforce has a client in Frisco, TX that is seeking a Corporate Recruiter for a short-term contract engagement supporting increased hiring activity following a recent business acquisition. This is an onsite position. Initial contract duration is expected to be approximately 2-3 months. Summary: This Recruiter will partner with an established talent acquisition team to help manage a broad range of corporate hiring needs across multiple business functions. This is a hands‑on recruiting role that may include sourcing, screening, requisition management, and support of larger recruiting initiatives depending on experience. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and recruiting across a variety of corporate disciplines. Manage full-cycle recruiting activities for corporate and professional‑level positions Source, screen, and qualify candidates across multiple functional areas Support recruiters with high‑priority and hard‑to‑fill searches Partner with internal stakeholders to drive recruiting processes forward Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate ATS documentation Navigate complex approval and offer processes while ensuring a positive candidate experience Assist with acquisition‑related hiring initiatives and recruiting projects Requirements 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience Experience recruiting for a broad range of corporate (G&A) positions Demonstrated Success Hiring Across Multiple Functions Such As Finance & Accounting Human Resources Legal Marketing Corporate Operations Facilities Customer/Call Center Support Select Information Technology roles Strong sourcing and candidate assessment capabilities Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a complex hiring environment Consultative approach with the confidence to advise hiring managers and set realistic expectations Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience supporting recruiting projects, high-volume workloads, or acquisition-driven hiring initiatives is preferred Not a fit for recruiters whose experience is primarily limited to high-volume staffing, IT‑only recruiting, or a single recruiting specialty Compensation The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
