We are seeking a proactive and versatile Recruiting Coordinator to support and handle a broad range of HR functions focusing on I9s and onboarding but also help support our in-house recruiter. This position is on-site at our corporate office in Plano, TX. Responsibilities Help support onboarding process for new hires Document management for personnel records Support ADA and leave process and documentation Support special projects such as compensation reviews, policy updates, or HR process improvements Benefits Competitive pay Medical, dental, vision benefits 401(k) with employer match PTO Sick time Paid company holidays Annual performance bonus Requirements: Education, Experience, Skills Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 1+ years of HR experience Knowledge of U.S. employment laws and regulations (additional state-specific knowledge a plus) Proficiency with HRIS platforms (Paylocity preferred) HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR preferred Attentive to details and ability to work in a high growth environment Salary: $55,000 #J-18808-Ljbffr
