Manufacturer Core Services Account Manager

Position SummaryThe Manufacturer Core Services Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing strategic manufacturer relationships within the rebate processing program. This role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned manufacturers, ensuring seamless onboarding, accurate and timely data management, and consistent execution of billing processes. The Account Manager plays a critical role in delivering a high-quality partner experience while driving operational efficiency and program success.Key ResponsibilitiesManufacturer Relationship ManagementServe as the primary liaison for assigned manufacturer partners, building strong, trust-based relationshipsProvide ongoing program support, performance updates, and proactive communicationProgram Onboarding & ImplementationLead end-to-end onboarding of new manufacturers into the outsourced rebate processing programCoordinate cross-functionally with internal teams (IT, data, contracts, billing) to ensure a smooth implementationEstablish clear timelines, expectations, and deliverables to ensure successful program launchData Management & IntegrityEnsure accurate and complete data collection from manufacturers, including contract details, pricing, and rebate structuresMaintain and update manufacturer data on an ongoing basis to reflect program changesPartner with internal teams to validate data accuracy and resolve discrepanciesBilling & Financial OversightOversee and ensure timely and accurate monthly billing to manufacturersValidate billing data and reconcile discrepancies as neededCollaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure alignment with contractual agreementsOperational Excellence & Continuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities to streamline processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance the overall manufacturer experienceMonitor program performance and escalate risks or issues proactivelyContribute to the development of SOPs, reporting enhancements, and best practicesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)3–5+ years of experience in account management, rebates, contracts, or related operational rolesStrong understanding of rebate processing, contract administration, or GPO/manufacturer relationships preferredExceptional communication and relationship management skillsHighly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExperience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentCore CompetenciesRelationship Management & Client SuccessProject Management & ExecutionData Accuracy & Attention to DetailFinancial Acumen & Billing OversightProcess Improvement & Operational EfficiencyCommunication & Stakeholder AlignmentSuccess MetricsSuccessful onboarding and activation of new manufacturer partnersAccuracy and timeliness of data collection and maintenanceOn-time, error-free monthly billingManufacturer satisfaction and retentionReduction in processing errors and operational inefficiencies #J-18808-Ljbffr
