Responsibilities Ensure smooth execution of plant data systems: software/hardware, 24h JIS control, tracking/archiving safety data, ERP (Foss, XPPS) for EDI, WMS, planning, purchasing, invoicing, networks (Windows/Unix/Linux), PC apps, time/access systems, and QMS per IT roadmap Drive system/process development: align departmental requirements, optimize IT‑supported processes, and deliver solutions with Corporate IT in line with roadmap and standards Support planning and global IT: demand planning aligned with budgets and management, contribute to global IT, and implement global IT structures across responsible plants Secure standards: enforce health, safety, environment, info security, and act as CES chapter 9 process owner Lead Plant IT team: manage, coordinate, and motivate team Benefits A pleasant working atmosphere, with good career opportunities Build knowledge with varied and exciting assignments Core Values Interest for each other: We act with empathy and care about each other and our counterparts Togetherness: We work together collaboratively and selflessly Trust: We say what we mean, keep our promises, and treat others with respect Respect: We respect and value people of all backgrounds Enthusiasm: We are curious, ambitious, passionate, humble, and life‑long learners Qualifications 3+ years experience spent in IT roles and fields Most current technical knowledge with a technology/system degree in IT Experience leading a team and/or managing others Understanding of processes/guidelines AS 400 #J-18808-Ljbffr
